Quality Assurance

Quality has been and continues to be the main focus of J. Stadler Machine. We are extremely proud of the quality record we have established.

JSM has been a Partner level supplier with John Deere nine out of ten years from 1997 through 2006.

Following is a listing of some of the inspection equipment that we use here at JSM. All of our inspection equipment/tools are on a regular calibration/certification schedule. It should also be noted that for every part order, there is an accompanying in-process inspection report detailing drawing requirements and actual results. These reports are kept on file for five years.
